Founded in 2012 under the visionary leadership of its Founder Chairman, Sarbada Ghimire, Adelaide Nepalese Society Australia Inc. (ANSAI) is a not-for-profit community organisation committed to supporting, connecting, and empowering people of Nepali origin across South Australia.

Established by a dedicated group of community leaders and volunteers, ANSAI was formed with the mission of preserving and promoting Nepal's rich language, culture, arts, and literature while embracing and contributing to Australia's multicultural society. Since its inception, the organisation has grown into one of South Australia's leading Nepalese community bodies, delivering a diverse range of programs and initiatives focused on education, cultural preservation, community engagement, sports, youth development, and charitable support.

Through flagship initiatives such as Adelaide Nepali Vidhyalaya, cultural festivals, artistic and literary programs, sporting activities, and collaborative partnerships with multicultural organisations, ANSAI plays a vital role in strengthening cultural identity, fostering social inclusion, and building meaningful connections across generations.
